Ditchling Beacon is a two-baton changeover.
Parking in the entrance to Saddlescombe Farm or on the other side of Saddlescombe Road is prohibited. All teams should use the car park at map reference TQ 26955 11102 (splat.install.grandest) or the small parking areas on the minor road leading to it and walk down the track. No one should walk down the road to the changeover point, but should use one of the many off-road paths.
No team member should cross to the east side of the road.
Ignoring these instructions on parking and remaining on the west side of the road will mean likely disqualification.
Saddlescombe is a two-baton changeover.
