Getting there
By rail
Seaford railway station
2.9 miles by foot or 6-minute drive.
If walking from the station, do not follow the Google Map directions along the main Eastbourne Road as the path is often completely overgrown. Instead, take the trail that can be accessed off Chyngton Lane.
By bus
12, 12A, 12X and 13X
All buses stop regularly outside the Seven Sisters Visitor Centre. These run all day, every day from Eastbourne or Brighton.

On the west side of the white footbridge in Alfriston (TQ 52182 03109, excusing.straying.seducing) follow the South Downs Way to the right, then left onto River Lane, then out of the village on Star Lane.
